Question: lower abdominal pain, feels bumpy

i've been getting lower abdominal pain (sometimes sharp, sometimes burning) for a couple of days now and when i press on my lower abdomen, it feels really bumpy and kind of hard. is that normal? i've also had episodes of diarrhea and constipation for an extended amount of time. once my stool was bloody and red.

Hello i am no doc but any time you are bleeding from th gi area you need to see a doctor i woulg see a gi doc and they can run test to see what is going on
