Frequent muscle and joint pains, I am always upset with these cracking bone sounds throught out the day. When i join my teeths together i feel they are sheving like they do when someone feel cold. But its not cold here. My biggest problem is my weight.I have been going to gym from past 1 year. I could easily gain weight. But now i am unable infact i have lost 2-3 kgs of weight. I have tried weight gainers but they are also not working. I have tried to explain these to the docter but they don't find anything wrong with me. I don't understand then why i am getting these strange symptoms.
Is there any hormonal imbalance or malabsorption? How can i make sure that what ever i am eating is being absorbed properly,
Please give your suggestions.
