Bacterial infections commonly present with odd odors and if a gynecology exam has not been recently completed for evaluation I would suggest this to be done.

Hi. I am not a nurse or a doctor but let me ask you this...does it smell like ammonia? I was told by a Nurse practioner that it was due to not getting enough water. Drinking soda several times a day apparently affects the way we smell in that location.
I hope this helps :)
