User avatar Hello,
Spotting is considered a normal event in a woman's cycle and is usually related to hormonal fluctuation, old blood that didn't evacuate completely during the last period, and even implantation bleeding in early pregnancy. It is nothing to worry about when it happens at times.

Good luck in your efforts to conceive.
