Question: milk from breast, neg pregnacy test

my last child is going on 4, what would make my breast start producing milk.

Sometimes there are disorders of the pituitary gland which cause an increase in the prolactin hormone. It can be a common, benign tumor. At any rate, it's best to have it checked out. Medications can sometimes have this side effect and if there's a chance you are pregnant, that sometimes brings it on. You will want to find out the exact cause.
