Whilst on holiday i had my period, two weeks later i came on again! this is very heavy with clots in and so far has lasted for ten days. why hasnt it stopped? am not in much pain just the usual mild period pain. is bit worrying though and very inconvenient, am not n the pill.

User avatar Hi helen,
Any abnormal bleeding such as this should be evaluated by your physician to rule out the possibily of pregnancy etc.

if am pregnant then how come I had a period two weeks ago? and with all this heavy bleeding that means could be a miscarriage. Have been bit stressed out lately could that be a cause of heavy bleeding.

User avatar Hi helen,
Was your period 2 weeks ago normal? Stress can certainly causes abnormalities in menstrual cycles. Again I would advise an evaluation by your physician due to your description of flow and duration.
