Question: irregular periods after giving birth

I am getting irregular periods after giving birth, its 2 month and 2 days my last period came. help me out.

It can take a while for hormones to adjust after giving birth and this is normal. You don't have to have a period regularly to be healthy. Also, breastfeeding will affect your periods. It can delay ovulation and thus, missed periods.

If you are not breastfeeding and worry about pregnancy, take a home test. Otherwise I would not worry about it and give your body time to regulate.
