Question: Taking vitamins before child birth

 tigerlli2003 - Fri Apr 15, 2005 3:29 pm

I have one child. I am currently taking vitamins for the
healty growth of hair and nails. It is also good for the
skin. I would like to have more children in the future.
Can taking these vitamins harm my system for child
birth or harm the baby?
 Dr. Wafaa Abdel-Hadi - Fri Apr 15, 2005 4:19 pm

Dear Tigerlli2003,

taking vitamins will not harm your system for child birth or harm the baby...as long as they're known vitamins and not herbal remidies because most the herbal remedies are still with unknown side effects/toxicity , so you'd better be careful when using those.

Best regards,
