Is it safe to take milk of magnesia during pregnancy, I am 29 weeks?

User avatar Hi fedman79542,
Milk of Magnesia sometimes causes cramping. Have you tried a stool softener? You may want to consider adding extra fiber to your diet. This would be the most effective way to alleviate the constipation.
