Question: A Tipped Uterus
|camara - Thu Apr 28, 2005 3:25 pm||
I have been told by my doctor that my uterus is in the back, called a "tipped" unterus.
I am wondering what complications this may cause? Is there a possibility that it will cause more difficulty in getting pregnant? And or will it cause difficulties during giving birth? And also, could this cause more Urinary tract infections?
Any suggestions or adivice welcome

I also have a tipped uterus, discovered when I got pregnant with my first child. The dr. told me it was no big deal, of course I feared miscarrige. As I got more "pregnant" my uterus straightened itself out and I had no complications w/either of my children. I haven't really had any problems as a result...............but I've never been told if there are associated risks.
