I don't really know the length of my cycles anymore as they have been quite irregular (have PCOS),but I have had 2 periods in the past 2 months.

Last period was on 6 April 2005 - when I went to my gynae for a check-up, he found a follicle on the ultrasound, and advised intercourse over that next week.

I would then expect that my next period would be around 6 April ?

Since 26 April, my breasts have been extremely sore. I usually get sore breasts with PMS and they usually look swollen and feel soft. This time they look bigger than usual ! and feel more firm, and more sore than anything I've ever experienced.

I've also been feeling crampy and achy since 27 April, and on 29 April, while lying down in bed, I felt a stabbing sensation vertically down my stomach, like a dot-by-dot pricking which lasted under a minute.

I have been feeling sllightly nauseous every now and then, but its' so slight, sometimes I think I may be imagining it ?

Could the stabbing pains have been implantation ?
Do all women experience frequent urination/fatigue, or does that only come in later on in the pregnancy ?

i am not sure, but i don't think that you can feel implantation!!!!!! i would suggest taking a pregnancy test! i am in my 3rd pregnancy and they are all different! i am 3 months now and i was so nauseous! every time i get hot i feel sick! you do urinate more frequently in the first and last trimester, and boy did my boobs hurt at first! hope you are okay.
