Question: Questions about missing a period

 Sweetpea8199 - Wed May 04, 2005 12:20 pm

I have been on BCP since i was about 17 years old. I'm now 24. I recently missed a period so i got worried and decided to take a pregnancy test. The first one i took was negative. The second one i took was positive. I took another pee test at the doctors and it was negative and the blood test was also negative. My question is what would have made one come up positve and the others be negative. And also is it something that I should be concerned about or not. Thanks in Advance.

IT is very common for false at home pregnancy tests.
did your doctor do a blood test or another urine test ?
I suggest a blood test to find out for sure..
