Hello,

my question is do iron tablets interfere with the period cycle? i just started on them a week ago and i am on the contraceptive pill, and i started getting my period when i shouldn't have.. which was strange becuase it never comes before the sugar tablets. would just like to know if it interferes with the period or contraceptive cycle?

usualy not,just refer litreature with your iron tablets whether it is given that interferes with oral contraseptives
