Question: Miscarriages?

 chinacat - Sat Nov 05, 2005 5:56 am

The day I was due to get my period, it did not come. I ended up takiing a pregnancy test and found out I was pregnant. That same evening, I started to get my period. It is not as heavy as it normally is but I am feeling a little cramping. Am I having a miscarriage or is my egg fertilizing?

User avatar Hi chinacat,
If you took a pregnancy test and it turned up positive your "egg has already been fertilized". Some women may experience light bleeding during the early stages of pregnancy but I would suggest that you notify your physician for an evaluation.
Sincerely,
Rntdj
