Question: fasting for blood work

I have a question regarding fasting before blood work. I had a lipid panel and a cmp (comprehensive metabolic panel) done. I did not know how long to fast. I did fast for one day, about 20 hours. I found out that it should have only been 12 hours. Will this make a huge difference?
