I work outdoors and i walked past a mouse that had been squashed by a truck i was wondering if you can get hanta virus from a dead mouse like this?

This would not be likely. Generally hantavirus is contracted by breathing the virus found in feces of infected rodents such as might occur when cleaning a dusty area where it becomes airborne. But just walking past a dead mouse outside should not put you at risk.
If you are having concerning symptoms such as respiratory difficulty, you should be checked by a doctor.
