Does an EEG have to be done with the patient laying down flat or could they be slightly sitting up? Thanks.

I believe this can be performed using a recliner type chair instead of a flat surface so that would mean that it does not have to be done lying flat. The facility may not accommodate alternatives though, so you should check.
