Question: please help, lightheaded, off-balance, numbness, twitching

 dcb2422 - Thu Oct 27, 2005 9:40 am

Ever since i was a kid, ( i am now a 24 yr. old male ), i have had unexplained "seizures" in my sleep, they only accured maybe 3 times a year. i would wake up and everything would be going back and forth really fast, it would last about 1 minute, then i would feel sick the rest of the day. other than that i thought i was perfectly normal until about a year ago, i got lightheaded and off-balance at work. it has not gone away since, i lost my job because i couldn't help vomitting all the time from being nausiated. i also have muscle twitching, numbness in arms and feet, my heart pounds really hard (i can feel it in my throat, and it shakes my stomach), pressure behind eyes, pupil dilation, and when i look to the right i get double vision because my left eye goes up insead of to the right. i have not had head trauma, and i had an mri and nothing was found. what could be causing this, please help me.

Oh and also the last month or so, i have had a very sore neck, and a very sharp pain in the right side of my abdomen. I have had blood tests, CT scan of brain, MRI of brain, EKG of my heart and nothing was found.
