I am a 28 year old male and have broken my left wrist three times now. The last time being in April 04 and it apparently was a particularly bad break. I have tendinitis and got a cortisone shot back in the summer and it made it feel better but its been bothering me a lot lately. I try not to use my left hand to do much but it is the hand I masturbate with. My question is, should I change hands and not use my left?
