i have a lower back problem, that bothers me alot, even though i you hit me on it it doesn't hurt, but the pain i feel its internally. the pain comes from time to time, for example if i stand for a long time, it starts to hurt. it does hurt, i can't sit normally, i have to change positions couple times just to feel comfortable. also those symptoms appeared after the back pain: when i run i get easily tired, breath fast, and my leg feels numb. however i wasn't like that before. Also when i left up some weight i also felt my hands getting tired easy and feels numb, like they don't want to do it. I don't smoke, i don't have asthma, i am totally healthy according to my last physical exam. i don't know what to do. please help or any suggestion

Lower back pain is a very common and difficult problem to diagnose. Occasionally it has to do with a slight difference in leg lengths.
Being sure to wear good arch supports and shoes can help. Doing some back strengthening exercises may help some also, particularly focusing on stretching.
If it does not improve I would recommend that you see your doctor to have this evaluated.
