its been 5 weeks since i broke my 3 little toes. everyday there's changes now i can walk easily, but last 3 days i feel pain every night, i feels like cutting my fingers, but when i woke up in the morning the pain slowly gone when i started to walk, is this normal? how long the fractured bones heal?
the doctor buddy taped my toes, until the 1st day until i didnt wash my fingers, because im afraid it might get wet, is it ok? or is it ok to wash my toes?

Yes you can wash the toes.
The papercut feeling may be a nail of one toes sticking into it's neighbor's skin - fairly common occurrence with buddy taping.
Otherwise the fracture should heal nicely.
