my daughter 24 months has woken up this morning with a lump on her forehead between her eyes just above her nose i can't get in to see my doctor til friday should i be worried

If the lump is getting bigger or becoming more painful for her she should be seen in the urgent care. If it isn't bothering her and isn't getting bigger it is probably fine to wait. I sounds like it may be a bug bite. If this is the case it should heal without difficulty.
