my nephew has something that is called nom? syndrome. He does not have fully functioning kidneys and has had heart surgery. He also has hernias. He has diaherra 2 or 3 times a day. he is still in diapers and is almost 3 yrs old. Can someone help me understand this syndrome?

Dear Laura,
Kindly re-check the name and spelling of this syndrome.
And if you can tell us the reason for heart surgery, what exact problem necessitated surgery, it would aid us in figuring out which syndrome exactly your nephew has.
