Question: SHould I still go to the doctor for her consussion

My daughter got hit in the head very hard yesterday and I think she has a consussion. She lost consussioness for about 10 second and had loss of memory and confusion. My idiot husband did not take her to the hospital... she I still brink her to the doctor even though it's been ovre 24 hours?
