Question: Muscle spasms?

 louie123 - Sat Sep 10, 2005 2:25 pm

i'm 19 years old and i frequently get what i think is a muscle spasm right in between my rib cages. it happens in the center where my ribs end and my stomach begins. i'm not sure what it is or what is causing it and i would like to know if someone could tell me? it's not painful, but very uncomfortable. it almost feels like a baby kicking although i know i'm not pregnant. thank you for your time

Sounds like a spasm of the oesphagus.
Do you smoke or suffer frequent heart burns?
