Question: Do growth supplements actually work?

 Greenie900 - Wed Feb 04, 2004 7:41 pm

I have been researching three supplements that I have considered taking: Prolex (http://www.parmalab.com), B-Growth™ (http://www.heightclinic.com/) and HEIGHTGROWTH PLUSĀ® (http://www.heightgrowth.com/). Some of these companies (or scams, I don't know) claim that they can give the user up to 3 inches within a couple of months. I'm 17 years old, and a doctor told me that my bones were fused. Since then I have grown two additional inches, and I was just wondering if these pills would actually stimulate growth and are they safe to use?

My mom is 5'2, my dad is 5'10. I am currently 5'4, perfectly healthy and very active.
