It sometimes happen with me when I go for a sleep that I get into situation where my mind is awake but I cannot move my body. I feel heavy . If I try to get up I cannot do so and if I keep trying to move then I get up and feeling of being heavy goes away. I can move my tongue to say something in this state and if keep saying something then again I wake up and can move my body. Also if during this state I open my eyes, I don't see actual picture but a dream or unreal picture of the room like some clothes or something else in the room but in actual they are not there. Is this unusual and can somebody help why this happens? This problem occurs only when I am trying to sleep or waking up from It.

This is known as sleep paralysis. Many people experience it at times and it may or may not be associated with other problems such as narcolepsy. It is not harmful, though you may find it frightening.
What you can try is good sleep hygiene including getting enough sleep, reducing stress, exercising regularly and having a regular bedtime. If it goes on for some time and you are unable to get relief through these methods medication is sometimes used.
