I have serious fatigue, dizzyness back and neck pains which radiates into my arms trouble with memory and eyesight and concentration. trouble with constipation and diarhea. I get dizzy if I lay on my back but not on my side. I get shaky sometimes. urination is becomming more frequent. Often I feel like I have the Flu. My muscles lately have begun to hurt if I do something that strains them. I am an overweight truckdriver very little time for excersize but do my best. try to watch my diet but sometimes Mac D is all that can be found., smoke trying to quit (really) I have had Doctors test bloodsugar with no negative results and have been diagnosed with depression which I strongly dissagreed with and tried all the antidepressants which I quit taking. ( I think Doc had stock in antidepressants since everyone I know that went to this Doctor is on antidepressants now [small town]). My Exwife Said it was not sleep Apniea I breath ok sleeping. I have gall stones Revealed from cat scan about year ago but was told no big deal if I have had them for many years. I realize that being tired confused dissy and all that can be depression but it can also cause depression and I don't feel depressed. but it would be nice if someone could help me with possable diagnoses, I could tell a Doctor Please test for this or that. (I do not see my previous Doctor any more all he did Was try to put me on Mindaltering Drugs which I strongly dissagree with. and I am a Truck Driver I need my senses intact.) I have been dealing with these symptoms for about 11 Years now they have very slowly progressed and I have become used to them. If you can Help me please I would greatly appriceate it. If im depressed then so be it I will survive Depressed, but unmedicated. BUT why do I get Dizzy on my back but not my side? Sorry for the Spelling I am a truck Driver not an English teacher.

Is amazing, but I have very similar symptoms as yours. I'm 31. Have had the symptoms on and off for a year now. I suddenly feel like I get dizzy (not vertigo, though) and like someone is pushing my back or pulling my legs down when standing. I also can get dizzy when moving on bed, depending if I'm on back or on my side. I also get very dizzy with flat 90 degrees chairs, like in restaurants. That can be very distressing.
Have done all kind of tests (blood count, thyroid, A1C, blood sugar tolerance, ECG, Stress ECG, head MRI, body CAT scan), everything has come back normal or within ranges.
The only strange thing is my Liver Enzimes are somewhat (minimal) out of range, mainly Bilirribun and Uric Acid. I mean 5 to 10% above the upper normal limit.
I believe this is something doctors still have no answers for. Hope someone gives me the answer soon.
One suggestion: Exercise and GOOD diet do help. Try to do the zone diet and exercise for 30 mins 3-5 days a week. It has greatly improved my symptoms, although they don't go away.
