Question: god awfull pain

hi my husband is in soo much pain and men are hardheaded about goin to the doctor well a couple months ago his leg fell into a 6ft hole and it hurt him pretty bad but he hasnt been to the doctor at all and the pain has gotton worse he hurts from the bottom of his foot to the top og his butt on the backside of his leg and under the knee cap and he says that the mucsle that goes down the back of his leg is what hurts the most i mean he crys almost every time he has to walk what can this be and could it be serious his mother thinks he pulled a disc but his back don't hurt all all it stops hurting at his butt and what kind of doctor does he need to see cause i am goin to force him to go if i have to hog tie him and drag him there lol can anyone help me please i wanna know the things it "could be"

Problems with the disc can bring about pains as described in your husband. Yet, only proper examination of the patient would help determine the cause. A neurosurgeon or an orthopedician would be experts in the field, while a surgeon or a physician may do initially.
