What is the likle'lihood of having an appendicitis attack at my age or when I'm older? By the way I'm a 36 year old male. I have always heard that it happens mainly to the younger generation. What can a person do to prevent attacks from happening?

Appendicitis commonly affects young adults but may occur in any age group. As for prevention, to my knowledge, I'm not aware of any.
