I have a downward and left curvature. This is a similar image. http://www.flickr.com/photos/49908890@N06/4680999894/
During a full erection the head of the penis is at the level of the base of the scrotum. I purchased a traction device that i didnt see any results with. I am uncircumcised and have no signs of plaques. Normally no pain on erection. what should i do ?

Hello,Some persons have a curvature which is congenital but then aquired ones do need investigations to rule out peyronie's.
About a third with this condition do not report of pain. Also though self examination may not reveal plaques examination done by an urologist would be in order to be sure. Also a doppler study would be informative.
You have not mentioned whether this had any difficulty in sex, if you have had.I am sure masturbation did not bring forth any pain from what I understand.
The photograph does indicate the need to get evaluated to make sure it is only a congenital deformity or otherwise.
